Hmm how long do PC specialist usually take to build and dispatch? =_=

So far I waited 3 days for the finance thing then 5 days of processing then now its stuck in pre production it has been 8 days and has not changed. Is this normal?

Perfectly normal. All depends on how busy they are and whether items are in stock or not.

Also is that actual days or working days, there have only been 3 working days in the last 7 actual days cos of the Easter bank holidays.
