First time gaming PC help

Hi all,

Looking into getting my first gaming pc and to be honest i have no idea where to start and was told these forums have a very helpful community,
I have a budget of around €1500 give or take. I already have a monitor which is 1440p 165hz so would ideally want specs that would be able to utilize that and preferably parts that wouldn't need upgrading in the near future if that's feasible . Any help or feedback is appreciated, Thanks in advance

I don't think the budget is there to get you what you're after unfortunately. The build you have configured has a relatively powerful GPU in place but the surrounding parts leave a lot to be desired. It's not a wise investment to go all out on the GPU while the rest suffers, the GPU is the first thing you're likely to need to replace so it's a better idea to spend a bit more on the system so that it can support years of upgrades.

With that in mind the below is where I'm at. It's not ticking every single box on what I would like to have but it's miles better than the first stab. 1440p 144hz+ gaming is quite expensive at the moment. There aren't any bargain GPUs.
