16gb ram enough as opposed to 32gb??

Yeah very very few games even use close to 16GB, unless you play heavily modded titles or Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 16GB is more than enough
Also you've suggested a liquid cooler if Im not mistaken, but I dont know too much about liquid cooling.

Nothing to know on this particular cooler, you just have to dust off the fans every now and then. It's a closed loop AIO so you don't ever have to change the fluid

The Cooler Master 212 you selected is good but it's not even close to capable of cooling the 5800x or higher

It's a nice match to the 5600x but definitely not good enough for the others

If you're going for the 5800x it's one of the hottest running chips on the market and requires tried and tested cooling. I wouldn't want any less than the H100i personally but I always recommend the H115i to be sure

I'd so no mate this wouldn't be ideal

If you need to make savings though I'm sure we can help, something like this would save a few £

Yeah if you went down this path you'd be wasting your money, and possibly shortening the life of the CPU, as @Steveyg said tha 5800x is one of the hottest running chips there is

Wouldnt a high end air cooler be better than a liquid cooler?
Pretty much no on every occasion why would you think that?

Liquid coolers are much more efficient, don't get me wrong there are some fantastic high end air coolers like Noctua's stuff but PCS don't offer those

Also is there much difference between windows 10 home or windows 10 professional?
