Looks good to me, though consider changing your hard drive to one of the Caviar 64mb cache HDD's, and picking up the silver warranty as well.

PS. also see what everyone else thinks, I may have had two late nights and may not be anywhere near awake at the moment :)

Very nice, well balanced spec. Great for Flight Sim. Ready to go :)

Thanks for the advice and re-assurance.

Just one other thing to check. For an extra £150 or so is it worth adding a 150Gb Velocirapotor (10000 RPM) HDD? Ive noticed that the 2 higher spec preconfigured flight sim rigs on the website include one of these or an SSD?

Im really not at all sure of what benefits (if any) this would bring to my spec?

Thanks for the help

Graeme

I would say no, it's not worth it, instead consider a Western Digital Caviar Black drive which is excellent for gaming (slightly noiser than other hard drives though, not by a huge margin however). SSD's don't really offer good value for money at the moment even though they're lightning fast.

You may want to consider upgrading the graphics card to a GTX570 which is a brand new card whereas the GTX470 has been around for a while now (it's still a very capable card however, I'm sure you'd be pleased with it).
