The h115i won't fit in that case.
Do you have any other case recommendations?

I will be buying a new monitor with 240hz and 1ms refresh.

Also if I don't need a 2080ti to run at 240fps then which one would you go for?

I would like to play other games like warzone and csgo at high fps

It depends what level of gaming we are talking about to be honest.

The 3800X would actually be the better option as it has a higher frequency than the 3900. However, the Intel still is the better choice and will often net you around 5% additional frames.... depending on the title.

This leaves you with 2 real options:

Forget the fact that the Intel platform can't be upgraded and go all out for RAW performance..... screw the future.

Consider the future upgrade path of the AMD, sacrifice 5% FPS in order to allow for this. Save some dough at the same time.

You would need to be a high level competition gamer for that 5% to make any odds so it needs some serious consideration given the down sides of the platform.

Personally I would choose the AMD over the Intel every single day of the week just now.
