Four free games, only got one

Purchased a new computer a month ago. I ordered a GTX 780 and an Asus Z87-A: ATX, USB3.0, SATA6GB/S, SLi, XFIRE.
The card said it comes with three free games: Batman: Arkham Origins, Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag and Splinter Cell. The Motherboard was said to also come with Battlefield 4.

I noticed the games weren't on the order, I contacted pcspecialist and they said they would manually add them due to a site bug. But they didn't.
There is nothing that says it was for a limited time either. My sibling received his desktop and it came with three games because he didn't order the same Motherboard. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit flustered.
I think this is absurd.

It's just an order error, contact PCS again and they'll sort it out and send it to you.

As Androcles said, give them a call, mistakes happen - PCS staff are after all only human :)

Though do note that I believe all of the free game offers are always limited by time and 'whilst stock last', and you're still doing better than I did, I managed to order in the small amount of time where there was no free game offer on my graphics card (typical huh).

I know right! I even managed to buy mum's laptop outside of any offers.

As said I am sure all offers are subject to availability so might have just been bad timing and caught the end of a run or summit (not least the fact that that is a stupidly generous deal by the product manufacturers...4 spanking new games for free?!)

Hello there Wildfire, I do apologise you did not receive the extra games. Can you confirm which games you have at this point?

In times like these mate it's always best to come on the forums and call it absurd instead of contacting PCS to ask about it. Smart move.

Pft I would have been glad to be in your shoes and order in between offers, instead I got saddled with a copy of GRID 2, could there possibly be a worse game to get for free? :p
