Fps help

Hi guys,
New to the forum but wondered If anyone could help I have a pc hp beats touchscreen. 8 gig of ram, and nvidia GeForce 730a card. On Counterstrike I get about 80 fps but on the newly released Zombie army trilogy I get 15 in co op. Is there anything I can do or is it a case of my pc won't handle it.

It is not a gaming gpu. You could try the lowest settings and resolution

Thanks man. It handles Counterstrike really well and obviously hearthstone etc will have to save play some counterstrike get a capture card for my console and use it as a media pc.
