Hi there i have had my desktop now for about 5 years, it was a very good system in its day and it sits under my tv and love playing my games on it . Its time for me to get a new system now and i was looking at the mini pc option as it would look a lot nicer under the tv and be more compact. The problem i have is im really not sure what spec to select or where to begin. I have a budget of around £600 and would like to have a system that would play games like starcraft 2, world of warcraft and basically be able to play most games even if not at max settings. I would require a good few usb as well as i dont use wireless mouse or keyboards and my tv has a hdmi input although a dvi graphics card is fine as i plug my speaker system straight into my pc at moment, just a 3 speaker system so dont need anything special sound wise really It will be connected to my tv as i really enjoy the big screen gaming. I understand that there must be a lot of qustions like this on here but if you could just give me an idea of what i should be looking at then that would be a great help and i can put my order in . Thank you for your time.

Welcome to our forums :)

Mini PCs are not really designed with gaming in mind. They can play games, and at mediumsettings, but if you're a gamer I would recommend a desktop for the best performance.

have a look at this video here, which plays Crysis on our silent Mini PC. If you'd be happy with this performance you can configure one here: http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/amd-silent-mini-pc/
