Front Case Fan Not Spinning

Hey, my Corsair graphite 230t case has two front case fans, the lower of which is spinning but the upper is not. I', not sure if this is because it's broken or just not connected or activated. Thanks

If you feel comfortable doing it it would be worth opening up the PC and following the wire from the fan to see if it's plugged in. If you give PCS a ring they'll talk you through it.

Try downloading and running asus ai suite 3, it has some good can configuration software in it, you don't need to
keep it installed once you are done with it, but it will tell you what each fan is doing. Some software can turn fans
off altogether, are you sure you don't have anything installed in terms of tweaking etc that might have done that?

Check to see if a cable etc is obstructing the fan??(I had this same prob and it was a badly ran sata cable at fouling my fan)
