Front headphone jack

hello

just let you know my front headphone jack would not work on my new machine, as previously advised on the forum i loaded the updated driver and hey presto it now works.

found the correct driver by using the "Driver Detective" software

Just watch out for those driver detector programs, they're usually virus's or malware and can often cause more damage than good by installing incorrect drivers. I'd install malwarebytes and do a full scan to be sure.

thanks for the advice

downloaded malwarebytes, did a scan found 16 pieces of malware, even though i use Norton 360!!

Yeah, I'd uninstall driver detective completely if i were you. If you have any troubles finding drivers, post here and we'll help.
