HEADPHONES - Front 3.5mm = Work / Rear = Works on one side.
Hey guys,
Basically i have your general headset, plantronics i believe, and i have the 3.5mm headphone and microphone males and they work ok in the front jacks of the pc. However sometimes i get static and other noise and the quality of the rear microphone jack is way better. So i want to use the rear jacks now.
The rear LR 3.5m jack works in only my right speaker in the headphones. I have no idea how to fix this.
I've rebooted,
Replugged the cable,
changed the rear jack to default
disabled the front jack
however it comes up with all the other jacks as its the speakers so would that be playing a part?.
I thought i could just plug it into the stereo LR jack in the back and get the same outcome as the front
yet i only get half. Also hear crackles in the left side where no audio is played where its trying to play it.
Anyone know whats happening here?
