Fusion Pro Series: Custom configuration - a slight change?

Hello there, I am an existing customer, bought my Clevo W550xEU about 6.5 years ago and still works, although had to replace the screen 3 times, the keyboard 2 times and the HDD once. I have configured a new system, and there are two things that I would like to be improved/upgraded but no options available in the custom configurator for that, therefore I am posting it here for some advice. Please see below (in bold underlined) what I would like to be changed.

You'll need to ask PCS directly.

My suspicion is no on both counts, as the Fusion tends to be ultra thin and ultraportable (that's the whole point of it) so you only get a single stick of RAM. There aren't 2 RAM slots.

As for the keyboard, if it was an option I'd expect PCS would offer it. Worth asking them, but I'd not be optimistic.

You could consider a different chassis that will probably offer more bang for buck too.

What are you uses for the system? what software?
