There is a Alan wake 2 code that comes with rtx 40 series but when I try to activate it, it says its either been used or expired. Why is it saying this?

Is this a PCSpecialist system? Can you post your full specs from the order page?
The promo's are often either time sensitive, or restricted in numbers, so it may well be that it's expired, but your specs will help us determine that.
