Game control center is dead, OSD ONLY error

Hello, i have an octane V, a few days ago the game control center just went missing, deinstalling and reinstalling from my download apps does not work, it keeps saying osd only and i cant even touch the app, anyone knows what this is about ?

i need the fan control to work, or the pc gonna fry himself

Files / programs should not just disappear so what were you doing at the time or just before it occurred. Eg installing a game, running an update, etc

Check to see if Windows updated anything at the time it disappeared too.

Can you post your full specs please and also underneath the laptop there is a label. Can you quote the model number and make please. We might be able to search for an updated control centre.

If you can be a bit clearer as well, when does it say OSD only and what do you mean by you can’t touch the app? It’s software, unless you’ve found a way to integrate with the matrix you won’t be able to touch it.
