Game not running smothly

Hello so last night my Laptop was running Cyberpunk 2077 fine, no issues apart from a couple of bugs but that's just the game at this point, but today when i loaded it up my frame rate just tanked can barely move just wondering why this could be, my fans were not on ether and normally when i play cyberpunk they are on full blast no idea why this is happening
