Dying light is a game I would like to play.

Single player wise... The new Borderlands, The TellTale Borderlands story and Battlefield Hardline

There may be the possibility of Red Dead Redemption coming out in March 2015.....just hope this happens, its one of my all time favourite games, a PC version could be even better.
