Gaming Centre software does not save/hold my settings for Keyboard Colours

Hi there,

I have recently received my Recoil 2 laptop and the gaming centre software seems to not hold/save the settings I make for the keyboard colours.

I have tried changing in the profile drop down menu and then selection "user profile" and saving it, but every time I restart the system, the colours return to something else.

There are two tabs: "backlight mode and startup mode".

Does anyone know how to setup it properly in order to hold the settings for my keyboard?

Hi, did anyone help you with this please as i have the same problem. Spent ages setting up individual keys then restarted and lost it all!
