Hello, looking to purchase over the next few days as my old 1080 is coming to end of life and ready to feel next gen again 
Budget is £2,500 to £3,000, though if I'm massively over spec for what I'm looking for that would be good to know. Would like to be in a good position for 5 years without needing to upgrade again, and was really happy with how my old 1080 did. Would also like the system to be quiet as it will be in the lounge, and not looking for any bright LEDs or a too extreme case.
Gaming wise, mostly strategy games and sim racing. Would like to play some Battlefield with a friend as well. Display wise will be using an Alienware AW3821DW at 3840 x 1600 resolution.
