I'd recommend you chose the 8gb Samsung 1600mhz RAM. It's a fair bit cheaper and it will perform the same. Your only paying for the Kingston brand.

As for the graphics card, i'd chose the 7970M as it has much better benchmarks and overall is a better graphics card. However it does cost £100 more. So it is up to you if you're willing to pay the money vs performance increase. I'd definitely recommend it though.

With 1x8gb You leave yourself a possibility of 32gb if you buy more ram in the future. However 8gb is plenty so I'd advise 2x4gb. It's cheaper and still allows an upgrade to 16gb.
