Gaming PC advice (1440p@144Hz)

Hi all. I have read @Scott advice thread and thinking about going with the below. Note: I will be waiting until Nov 5 and changing to a 5800X and RTX 3070 (if there are no stock issues...) I will also change the 2nd M.2 SSD Drive to the 1TB version where I will store my games. That said, I haven't built a PC in a long time and I have some questions that hopefully someone can help me with:
1 - are the case fans replaceable with RGB? PCS pictures imply yes. If so, how many RGB fans should I order total?
2 - I believe the RGB fans and the cooler are controllable via software, is this correct? If so, should I just choose the LED lighting strip that takes my fancy?
3 - is this more than enough for 1440p@144Hz? The monitor I am thinking of getting is the 27GL850-B (https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/gamin...ps-lcd-gaming-monitor-black-10204170-pdt.html)
4 - would you recommend any changes?

My budget is up to 3k, but preferably under 2.5.

What games are you looking to play? the 3070 more than has 1440p covered for you but if you want to ensure the rates are over 100fps then we would ideally need to know the games. The 3060 should have 1440p covered but the 3070 will offer you some headroom if you are willing to pay for the luxury.

I'm not sure if the Airflow with replacement fans is going to be the best shout for this sort of build with this sort of budget. I would be far more likely to opt for something like the Coolermaster TD500 or the Corsair 465X. If you wanted to go all out then the 500D SE is there as a good option.

I would change the motherboard to the Strix 570X, 32GB RAM is a bit overkill, unless you plan on video editing etc
I would look at a better case, especially considering the configuration you plan on putting into it (in choosing a better case, you will be able to drop the extra fans, look at something like the 500D SE, 680X corsair ones...)
Seems a waste not to take the AX200 (so you get WiFi and bluetooth).

Should also be pointed out, 3070 is a luxury for 1440po 144Hz, the 3060 should more than comfortably run that on high settings.

BTW the 500D SE also comes with a fan and RGB lighting controller, and yes, Icue would run it all.

Thanks for the prompt replies both.

Games: COD series (incl. Warzone) and Diablo 4 when it comes out, but I will likely try others once I get the new machine.

Noted on the BT/WIFI and the case - I think I will change to the 500D then. Is 5 fans definitely enough for this sort of rig?

If 16GB ram is more than enough, I will drop it down to that.

Why the upgrade to the mobo?

Thanks...

500D SE comes with 3 ll120 fans in the front and the cooler radiator/fans fitted to roof.
It doesnt have a rear fan, ive had mine for a while now and still havent needed to put one in.
I can also easily sit on the pc for hours and hours at a time, games like Torchlight 3, STWOR, WoW, Death Stranding (so quite a variety in terms of load)

Its best to get it without extra fans, then if its needed, buy a high quality one. (I will get a ML120 Pro for the rear exhaust if I start noticing temps being an issue, until now theres been no heating on in the room...so...we will see what winter is like :p)
