Initially a Blaupunkt TV via HDMI. A decent monitor when possible.
Budget £500 to £1000.

The RX 580 GPU gives the same performance overall as the GTX 1060, is cheaper, and has some free stuff with it.
For the CPU, the R5 2600x and faster RAM will give the same kind of performance with this kind of GPU.
The 970 Evo is faster than the 860 Evo.
I'd go with a 550W PSU as it may open up more future GPU upgrades
An RGB LED strip gives you more colour choices and the case has RGB fans

And it's about £100 cheaper.

Do you need the wifi card or are you using a wired connection?

About 50% of people posting specs seem to say I have a budget of X and the build is actually X + £100. I suppose the 'budget' is what they were aiming for and the spec is what they ended up with :)
