Gaming PC Build

Hey,
I was just wondering if this build would be good for running the newer games (eg. Farcry 3) at a relatively high fps. Also would it be a good gaming PC all around? are there any suggestions about upgrades/downgrades? I'm wanting to get the cheapest deal i can, but still with a good Gaming PC.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on your budget, if you are not planning to overclock you could get the i5-3570 (non-k version). An AMD cpu will allow you to upgrade other components including the GPU.
