It's impossible to say that a PC will cope with the latest games for the next 5 years. However, the spec you have put together looks pretty good, the only thing I'd suggest is to up the PSU to the TX750 so it'll support Sli in the future. Adding a second Graphics Card in a couple of years will give it an extra boost in gaming performance.

I would also suggest maybe increase the ram if budget allows.
4Gb is standard now, but in 5years it may be double if not more than that so might be worth 6-8Gb if you can.
