My main questions are:

1. Will GeForce perform 100% on a motherboard that supports Crossfire?

2. Do you see this as unnecessary overpriced, provided I play end-game WOW and want to do arena and 25-man raid with Ultra graphic settings?

3. Will the 3 Gb/s limited Motherboard be able to make most of the SSD?

Well first of all you don't need 8Gb RAM only 4GB ram is needed and if you wait till febuary you can actually get the 120GB SD hardrive for the same price as the 80GB one. You might wana switch the hardrives around too. The Nvidia 470 is a very good card for gaming but the temperatures are rather high you could always go for a 6850/6870 ATI card instead but thats all about your own preference. Liquid cooling isent needed you could go for the Titan Fenrir which actually preforms better and cost a little less.
If you have plans to add a SLI/Crossfire setup in the near future i'd recommend going for 1000W PSU. The Sound card isent really needed since you have one build into the motherboard already and that would be more then enough unless you are working with music or something? you might wana switch standard warranty for Silver warranty only costs £5 more.

1. Yes, the chipset is made by Intel and does not favour AMD or Intel cards.

2. It's a very nice PC, and not overpriced given the specification, but the question of whether you "need" to spend that much on a PC is entirely up to you. If you want the best PC for your budget, then yes. Otherwsie, reducing the spec and price a little won't hurt too much.

3. As far as I'm aware the SSD will not be limited by the motherboard.

This build has will provide the same level of performance but offers more storage space and will load up games and other applications faster. You can also crossfire a second HD6870 in the future if you want to for even more performance.
