Hello, I'm buying a new PC soon, and I'm looking for high-tier gaming mainly.

I'm deciding between the i5-4590 and the FX-9370. I heard Intel is better overall but AMD is better value for money, but I don't know which price range it stops being worth getting the AMD and the Intel starts becoming better.

Full specs:

Depends on your budget. If you are spending more than £800 i wouldn't choose an amd cpu. For the spec you posted I would suggest the i5-4690, triple copper heatpipe cpu cooler and a caviar black as the main drive
