I was planning on updating my GPU as posted here recently but am now thinking of buying a new system, this is the spec I've got at the moment

The monitor I use is a Acer Predator X34P running at 100Hz, it's an ultrawide display. I'm waiting on Nvidia's announcement tomorrow so the GPU will probably change. I record the games I play and edit them using Premiere Pro, mainly MSFS2020 at the moment, will be getting the new COD once out. I also have another 1TB SSD to go in the system.
I've also done a Intel version of this spec using the i9-10850K but will probably go the AMD route.
Any thoughts on improvements or changes?
The budget is around £2500, haven't had to buy a train season ticket for a while so splashing out a bit.
