Gamma correction not functioning

Hi I need a little help with my Defiance series laptop. I've been trying to adjust the gamma using the built-in Windows 10 'display color calibration' in the control panel. I can see the changes I make to the gamma for about 1/2 a second and then it resets back to neutral immediately. I've tried 3rd party software and encountered the same problem.
I've also tried going into the color management settings and checked the 'use Windows display calibration' box, but that didn't fix it either.

In short, I can't change the gamma.
Please advise!

Hello and welcome to the fora! :)

These fora are not an official support channel and most of us on here don't work for PCS, we're a kind of self help group. :)

There may well be someone on here who can offer some help and advice but failing that your best option will be to phone PCS and ask for their help.
