General build advice please

Hi,

This might be a bit of a boring one but my girlfriends father is looking for a general home office PC for under £400, no monitor etc. needed just the desktop.

I've only experience in gaming specs and kind of lost what I should be looking at AMD/Intel? Being such a tight budget I'm finding it hard!

If someone could provide a build idea including windows 7 for around £400 that would be great.

An alternative to mull over. I've dropped the processor from Keynes' spec to the A6-5400, if it's not going to be used for anything other than a home office PC for general everyday use it should be fine, and I've put an SSD in which will make the whole thing feel much faster when it comes to load times.
