Asus M4N98TD Evo,Phenom II*4,965-[Black edition],
6GB of 2 GB Samsung RAM modules DDR3,
500GB Hitatchi HDD and a Seagate 300GB HDD-[was external drive but installed it inside],
2 Pallit GTX Geforce 460's-[sonic,not the other sonic brand which was highly overclocked with better heat sink array],
HAF 922,[2 200mm fans,[i added 280 mm fans but have 4 in total [including cpu fan]-----So,I have,2 20mm ,4 80mm fans ans one estimated 30mm exhaust fan.

Here is the eponymous question. What could cause overclocking to have no effect whatsoever,CPU or GPU .
As I have stated in other threads[http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?11455-sli-porblem-with-gtx-460-s]:)I also have an SLI problem whereby the monitor which is not playing the game will work fine but the other monitor could cause an epileptic seizure what with its flashing rate exceeding the arrest rate of my local flasher,Ted.[he won't mind]Teddy,Terrence,Chinnington,Tolledo,Smith of 42 Acacia Avenue[By day he is an ordinary hobo but night by the trench coat goes on,and on some nights the moon flatters his swimmer dispenser by an apparent 2 inches, which is moot as flashing is not a hierarchical practice which its value is derived from the apparent attractiveness of the flasher, ahh but I digress.as is usual]
Please try to help .I have some money coming my way,[not much 300 odd quid.]My little money could help dependent on what the issue is/are,I don't want to waste it.

Gryebing, have you tried actually calling PCS, you seem to have a couple of weird problems, some of which may or may not be related to each other, but given the few threads you have, I've no idea about how many issues you have anymore and what may be related to what.
