General Purpose PC For £1300 ish

Hi all could u plz suggest a powerful general purpose PC for gaming/HD video encoding/decoding/Fast multi-tasking I have a budget of around £1300ish
just for the tower,I've always used Intel and Nvidia but I'm open minded and would certainly consider AMD/ATI

Things I'd like:
Antec 900 case because for good air flow
An O/C CPU +decent cooler
A decent Graphics card
2 TB of storage
An SSD would be nice but...?
Blur Ray recorder
Oh and Win7 lol

Thx Rising Star that looks pretty good, I'll probably change the GTX 465 to a 460 as the 460 1gb has top reviews? and the psu to a CORSAIR 650W PSU? and exchange the 2 TB drive to 2x1TB drives? I'll run the changes through your website now
