Anyone got any ideas of how good the PCS frost flow 150 air cooler is, is it at the level of the cooler master hyper 212? Also why is there such a shortage of cases on PC specialists? No be quiet, coolermaster or lian li cases.

I would avoid the PCS Frostflows on any build personally. The included coolers are better quality, but for any CPU that requires a custom cooler, the frostflow is not sufficient.

Can't comment on the PC cases. I would have expected new ranges to be on the configurator by now.

I would avoid that cooler. It's just a generic cooler. Much better off spending a little bit more and making sure you PC stays cool.

It does seem like there is a case shortage atm, might be worth sending your own one in.

Edit- Beaten by that Damn Spider again :ROFLMAO:

Hmm I would've expected with two fans and a decent heatsink that it would at least be as good as equally priced after market air coolers.

Slightly off topic but going back to earlier in the thread. I see the 5600x is back down to a more reasonable price now. (about a £70 difference over the 3600)

Yeah was just checking it out, both the 5600x and the 3070 seem to be at reasonable prices now, it seems like a good time to get a build if it wasn't for the case shortage.

Remove the Bullguard...too problematic to be worth it, WIndows Defender is better.

As to the rest, depends what you are planning to use it for? And what monitor is being used? Spec looks fine for an Ultrawide 1440p system
Yeah planning on using it for 1440p system, usual word and excel work, a little programming and gaming, although unsure of an ultrawide or something like the GL830. Yeah I don't think I'm gonna get any of those anti-virus software.

Hi, my PC is in building for the third day there are no notes to say what is happening. Does anyone know if this is normal as I have seen people's machines go into testing pretty fast?
