It has a fixed price of just under £800, but has a 120gb SSD + 1 TB HDD, a Z170-P motherboard (more features and options for upgrades), and an RX 480 8gb GPU. Plus an i5 6400 and 8gb RAM, like your spec. Even has the same case. So it's basically an upgrade for a lower cost.
It doesn't have a sound card, but tbh you're not likely to get much benefit off a basic sound card for the uses you've put above. The onboard audio should be more than fine.

Thanks for taking the time Oussebon repped . Price has gone up since then £935 inc VAT . Don't think I will need a second hard disk , nor thermal paste or the higher power supply 450 is enough . After a bit of tinkering the price was still £881 . Have taken your advice though & ditched the added sound card from any future modifications

Seagate SSHD

Was configuring a new PC , got to the Hard Disk , had chosen The Seagate SSHD 1TB , then checked the 2TB which is only about £20 more expensive , was expecting a bigger price difference so swapped , looks a good deal to me .

If your budget is still in the £800 region I'd still suggest the Hyperion Master tbh. If your budget has increased, set out what it is and we can suggest some options from the H110 chipset build.
