Getting Technical Support - How?

Whats the best way to reach PCS right now for Technical Support.

I was just on the phone for 40mins in position '15' then gave up as I have to work.

Email through system best? How long should it take?

Emails are typically responded too in 2-3 working days (sometimes a bit longer depending on the queue). The best way in my opinion, is to phone them, but as you've already found out sadly there are also long waits associated there too.

For technical support the only official ways are Phone and Email https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/contact-us/ the live chat option is for sales advice only.

As @Martinr36 suggested depending on the issue we might be able to help here.

Was just wondering as new PCS customer, I know their Sales team is swamped but seems Technical Support team to.

Have issue thread here and just uploaded the dmp file.
