I do adore the Noctual NH-P1, I'm an avid fan of any good passive solution since I do quite a lot of audio stuff so fan noise kept to a minimum is always important.
But to get it right and keep it within even a slightly sensible budget is so so difficult, I think Noctua have done an incredible job with that.
