GPU Issue?

Hey, so I'm gunna start off by saying I'm not too sure when it comes to computers and parts etc, but I've come across an issue.
I don't know the correct terms or anything, but my 2080ti doesn't seem to be running at close to 100% like it normally does. In games I'm dropping frames and see the GPU temperature drop to as if I've just started the PC up. This has been happening for the last few days - it's fine when I'm just browsing the internet etc, but then when I play games or use programs such as Adobe Premier Pro, the performance drops massively. (In Premier Pro it's when I export, fine before that)

Any help would be appreciated :)

Is this a pcspecialist system? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

I'll just add a link to this, there's a bug with windows indexing which should be seen in Event Viewer seeing multiple ESENT warnings with the event ID 642.

If this is the case, you may want to roll back the recent Windows 2004 update:

Have somewhat similar issue, but just with one Title - Death Stranding. GPU stays at 90% max. While playing other games GPU is around 99% all the time.

My GPU is 2070 Super.

Nooo, the gameplay is Smooth in fact better than most of the games, maybe coz it is optimized really well
