Hi Guys,

I need the benefit of your wisdom, with regards to a possible issue with my Gpu. Been playing Farcry6 with no probs, until today, when suddenly all rgb started flashing. Thought temps at first, so checked sensors but they appeared fine, then saw this:

Think it refers to voltage.

Just the fact that all RGB began to flash red, and as it hadn't occurred previously, I thought that it indicated an issue.

The case, cpu cooler and the back IO. The Gpu didn't change.

Icue is installed
That wouldn't be related to the GPU then, but the CPU

What setting have you got the cooler on? It needs to be anything but on Silent mode, that will lead to overheating generally.

Can you run Prime95 and upload a screenshot of HWMonitor on the CPU package temps WHILE it's running?

Defo the CPU, as you said.

Hmmm, that's not a good sign.

You've got it on the extreme profile, so it's nothing to do with the pump not being at high enough rpm.

According to iCue, it's all working as expected as well, there's no pump failure that I can see.

This may possibly suggest that the peel hasn't been removed from the cooler heatsink before it's been mounted to the CPU, or the heatsink just hasn't been mounted properly and there's an airgap or something.

It's a tough one. Part of me thinks if you feel comfortable enough, then remove the pump head from the CPU and double check it, but another stronger part of me is saying to get straight in touch with PCS and get them to take a look as with regards to warranty, just in case some damage has occurred due to the high temps, it's best to have your back covered.
