Graphics Card Differences

Hi everyone. Iv been having a look around at some pc's (not necessarily gaming ones) and I have come across 2 identical pc's with the only difference being the GPU. One has a 2gb Nvidea GeForce GTX 750Ti and the other one has a 4gb Nvidea GeForce GTX 745. Is one better than the other and when looking at GPU's is it better to have a more updated one with less gb's or an older one with more gb's. Thank you for any answers!

The vram doesn't matter but the different type of GPUs. You can check benchmarks online to get an idea.
