I always judge a company by how they treat their customers after they have bought a product, companies such as Amazon are where they are because of this. Anyway secondary hard drive failed, rang Up PCS, 1 minutes phone call and new HDD was dispatched for swap out for next day delivery. Zero hassle, cheers guys.

They do provide an incredible back up service. A few friends of mine are now seriously considering a pcs computer thanks to the service I've been given.
