GTX 770 crashed. Any advice?

Hi everyone,

I bought a desktop in September 2013 and it has been working perfectly until a few days ago.

Whenever I launch a game, the computer crashes and I get a black screen with many white and blue pixels popping up, forcing me to shut down the computer.

I suspect it is an issue with my graphics card (Nvidia Geforce GTX 770).

I have tried reinstalling the drivers, rolling back to an older driver, cleaning out any dust and doing a full system factory restore.

None of these methods have worked. I have messaged tech support and am awaiting their reply.

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how I should proceed.

I have attached a photo of the crash screen I get.

Many thanks!

Doesn't look good unfortunately mate :(
Have you checked your temps while gaming and at idle?
You can use speccy if you haven't already.

This might be worth a shot.
Do you have geforce experience installed? If so remove it by performing a clean driver install and un ticking the box in the installer.
See if that does anything.

Tech support is probably the next best option. I'd advise giving them a call tomorrow if they don't respond to your tech support request.

Has it happened when not playing a game before?

Thanks for your reply. When gaming the temperature usually maxes out at about 80. They idle at about 35-40ish.

I tried uninstalling geforce experience but it still doesnt make a difference :/
