GTX 770 under performing in some games.

Hi, I have recently purchased a gtx 770 and it was performing better than expected for the first couple of days, Unfortunately the performance has dropped significantly with fps sometimes dropping to 25 in GTA IV and 35 in battlefield 3 on noshahr canals. Is anyone else having this problem? I am assuming it is the drivers as the card has only just been released. Thanks in advance for any help.

I7 3820 overclocked to 4.3GHz
32gb of kingston hyper x beast 1600mhz ram
sabertooth x79 motherboard
CPU only water cooling loop

Try reinstalling graphics driver,whether it's up to date or not,when installing driver select custom install and check the box for clean install.
Download the driver from here,
http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk
Make sure you go to advanced option and choose clean install.
