Hey

I am purchasing the same case as this chap posted the Corsair 500d se case and he had the corsair rgb ram and corsair h155i rgb plat cooler cpu installed.

However on my build which i am using the same case And the exact same RAM but yet it will not allow me to select the h115i rgb plat cooler?!

It clearly fits and they built his pc with it in March.

PCS have adjusted their builds with the H115i platinum as they were having troubles with some cases. They won't amend what's listed on the configurator I'm afraid, people have already asked. I don't know what their reasons are, but that's just the way it is.

None of us work for PCS by the way, just so you know.

That's what I'm guessing yes, it was around the time of the Corona lockdown that they limited what builds they could put them in, I don't know specifically why, but I'm sure they had good reason for it.

I have no doubt that they'll be wider supported again in the future.
