Hard drives from dead PC ?!

I have an old pc that was gathering dust but wish to get rid of it having used a laptop now for several years.
However I know I've got old family photos stored on it but unfortunately the power button has died on the pc.
I don't really wish to invest in getting it fixed so wondered if there's a simple way to link up the hard drives to a laptop eg adapter.

I've opened up the pc and the hard drives are as follows:-
1. Western Digital WD200 Enhanced IDE Hard Drive
2. Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 160 Gbytes
(See pic)

Would anyone have any advice what I would need to do to access the data ?
Thanks in advance for any help that can be given.

(Apologies also if this is the wrong section to post this in.)

Cheers - Jimbo

We love you Ukraine
You can just buy an external drive enclosure (amazon has loads) and then attach it via usb to your laptop
