have you checked that the display source in the monitor menu is actually set to the input method that you are using

the monitor could be the issue

Is it set to right input

Have you got something else you can plug into the monitor to test it

have you got different cables you can test

guys i have not fixed it afterall and now it has to going back for rma one of the tech support ordered a rma i don't know what the issue is with it, it posts sometimes and sometimes not evrything went so well but now i am bit disapointed been waiting on hold sometimes for over two hours on hold maybe i was just unlucky. I hope this gets resolved efficently otherwise i will make a complaint. I have heard that pc specilaist is quite good but sofar i must say am a bit disapointed i paid 800£ for the pc and that is alot to me. And their should have been no issues

Unfortunately tech can break anytime, its possible something happened in transit or it just happened, doesn't matter whether its a £5 bit of tech or a £10k+ bit of tech it can still fail :(.
Hopefully it'll be sorted out for you but I think the RMA times are quite long at the mo :(

It’s very normal for parts to break in the 1st 3 months especially after delivery, that’s just the issue with new tech, that’s why you have a warranty in place to get you.

You didn’t mention if you’d changed the monitor input?

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the pc at all, think the monitor was just on the wrong channel.
