Hello new pc i connected the hdmi cable to my monitor no signal (i think i might need a reinstall of windows 11 were can i get a copy ?)

Firstly if you have a graphics card in your machine did you plug the HDMI cable from your monitor into the graphics card ports or the motherboard ports - it wont work if you use the motherboard ports, you need to use the graphics card ports
If you dont know whether you have a graphics card or not please post the spec to your PCS machine - you can get this when you log into your PCSpecialist account.

If so I'm wondering if the graphics card may have become dislodged in transit, or maybe when you were removing the foam packing inside the PC (not all have it but I believe most get the added packing) - either of those two can happen, and it is fairly simple to reseat a graphics card - I've got a PCS YouTube link somewhere that I can try and find if you need it
Did you get any error beeps when you started it up?
Also - just out of curiosity - what are you planning on using the PC for (deosnt look like a gaming machine at least, more of a workstation)
