Help amending order.

I have recently ordered a pc that has an i9 processor, but after a bit of advice and reading up I would like to change it to a Ryzen 5900X.
Problem is when I try to amend the order it’s only showing intel processors. Thought it could be because of the motherboard, so I tried to change that but can’t.
Any ideas. I could cancel the order and start again but don’t really want to end up at the back of the queue for a 3080.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I don’t understand why they would say no but there you go.
I will have to cancel or go elsewhere.
