HELP ME PLEASE webcam issues !!

Can anybody help me out please !!

Right so bassically i got my computer last year and have sort have been putting up with this issue as i havent found a solution anywhere but bassically ive tried everything

So when im on my pc built from here to these specs

I have a razer kiyo pro webcam and when im on the software that lets you see the camera its mint perfectly fine no issues i can stream onto youtube perfectly fine no issues with camera no glitching no nothing but asoon as i go on to streamlabs or obs it starts glitching all over the place ive tried allsorts of diffrent settings ive even tried going from windows 11 to windows 10 just to see if that changed anything ive tried all diffrent usb slots ive tried taking it back getting it exhanged for a diffrent camera (same make and model) ino its not the camera because ive even tried a logitech streamcam and it still douse the same with that.



ANY HELP WOULD BE SO MUCH APPRECIATED !!

thanks for the reply mate its not the razer and logitec software as it works on youtube for streaming but its somthing to do with obs/streamlabs i think but im not 100%

With OBS, I would have a look through the settings & resolution. Try dropping the resolution quite low and see if the issue disappears. Also, check if there is a hardware option for what generates the image. I would think hardware would be the best choice for that, but if it's already on hardware.... change it to software.
