HELP! Need a new 4K Monitor for my NEW PC! (I THINK!?)

Hello everyone I've recently bought a new desktop PC and I'm now looking into getting a new monitor, I believe my PC runs 4K but can you guys confirm that my PC will run it smoothly here are my specs:

I hope that is enough information, I built the pc so I can edit video and photos in high resolution I don't know if the components i have make it eligible for a 4k monitor though, if it does then can you please let me know! and what kind if specs I should be looking for from a 4k monitor, i'm looking for something with primarily a good colour range, a good hz 60 min for the few games i will play on it and a quick response time between 1-4ms. Thankyou

If be happy to pay around £300-£700 (if there are any recommendations above £700 list them anyway as I'll look into to them and might find them on offer somewhere! Thanks!

what are you worried about! You'll hit 60fps on anything but tom Clancy's and tombraider lol (nothing seems to get above 50 on those)
