Hello everyone I've recently bought a new desktop PC and I'm now looking into getting a new monitor, I believe my PC runs 4K but can you guys confirm that my PC will run it smoothly here are my specs:

I hope that is enough information, I built the pc so I can edit video and photos in high resolution I don't know if the components i have make it eligible for a 4k monitor though, if it does then can you please let me know! and what kind if specs I should be looking for from a 4k monitor, i'm looking for something with primarily a good colour range, a good hz 60 min for the few games i will play on it and a quick response time between 1-4ms.
