Help! Office Desktop using resource hungry apps

Hi, having spent my life using PCs provided by employers I now find myself in the market for a new one and need some advice please. I will be using the PC with online betting exchanges and 3rd party apps which connect to the exchange APIs and to Excel. Several instances of each may be running at any one time. I will need 2 monitors also. My budget is £600 - £650 not including monitors, keyboard and mouse.

Do I go for something like Enigma GT3K in the reviews or build my own? Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd suggest the following. It has a fast processor and lots of memory (possibly more than you need, but should cope with however many copies of applications you want to open at once). The GPU can support two monitors.
