Help on a Desktop Spec

Afternoon guys,

I've not had a desktop PC for a fair few years as I bought a gaming laptop off PCS 3-4yrs ago and its not performing well any more so its time to upgrade.

Budget is £650 but its not set in stone, need some advice on a good set up for playing games mainly Arma 2/3, RTW on pretty high settings

Thanks bud, I've not had a Radeon gfx card before how does it stand up compared to the GTX 760? as there's not much in price difference between the 2 cards

You could check benchmarks online. Gtx 760 should be slightly better.
