Help with adjustments on my PC

I am planning on buying the PC below and was wondering if anyone could find anything that isn't 100% necessary that could be downgraded or just removed (may apply to the extra fan on my specific case choice, etc.) or if there is anything that you would recommend I upgrade (graphics card?). My main use with this PC would be gaming with (fairly) often use for editing (typing documents, mild editing with paint tools or browsing the internet - which may also be whilst gaming as well) and frequent, large amounts of multitasking. My price limit is £1,400 (or less). Although, I would really like to get a perspective from someone who knows a bit more about computer specifications (etc.) than I do.

If it is mainly gaming I would suggest a better gpu, are you overclocking the cpu? a cheaper motherboard will offer similar performance as well
